MANCHESTER, NH — Mayor Joyce Craig did not get a concession phone call or message from challenger Victoria Sullivan, sources say, despite the race being called definitively by WMUR by 9:00pm. As of 9:30, Sullivan still had not contacted the mayor.

It is the second straight decisive defeat for Victoria Sullivan.

Reportedly, she is a most ungracious loser. A person who was at her 2019 Election Night Party told this reporter that she walked into the event in tears.

According to WMUR-TV, Joyce Craig racked up10,228 votes, good for 53.2% of the total. Sullivan got 9,005 votes, good for 46.8%.

The stealth campaign ny Rich Girard, in which he encouraged people to vote for him both online and in private phone calls, was a complete fizzle.

Victoria Sullivan executed the most vicious campaign in modern Manchester history, according to pundits. The vitriol of the Victoria Sullivan/Mayor of Manchester campaign exceeded that of Joyce Craig’s two campaigns against Ted Gatsas.
