MANCHESTER, NH — Alderman-at-Large Joe Kelly Levasseur called Ward 5 Alderman Tony Sapienza a “fucking asshole” during a Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BMA) committee meeting on Tuesday, May 18th.

Levasseur’s obscene insult was directed at Ward 5 Alderman Tony Sapinza during deliberations of the BMA’s Committee on Administration and Information Systems. Sapienza chairs the Committee, which was discussing a proposal to create a municipal housing commission.

Creating a housing commission was part of a plan to combat homelessness by Mayor Joyce Craig’s Affordable Housing Taskforce.
